Priscilla

Flores Short

Priscilla is a Sacred Medicine Guide. Her work centers re-membering our divine incarnation. She accompanies those called to the deep excavating work of self exploration. And assists in weaving the wild mystical inner landscape into a journey of meaningful embodied expansion & transformation.

She is moved to this calling by the force of her multi-ancestral lineage, role as Mother, and many seasons as an apprentice to her fiercest teacher, Grief. She is a lover of music, wildcrafting, and roaring rivers. And you'll often find these elements woven into the fabric of her work. She is deeply committed to her own individual work, decolonizing healing, nurturing ally-ship & community webworks, & devoting herself to cultivating safe spaces to support those on their journey home to themselves. Reciprocity as Ritual is her highest calling.

Folk Medicina Approach

Priscilla studied at the Hanuman School based in San Francisco & The School of Consciousness Medicine (GatherWell Psychedelics) based in Oakland, California where she was immersed in a multidisciplinary approach to working with expanded states of consciousness. The lineage of her approach flows through indigenous healers and psychotherapists. Maria Sabina Estrada, Dr. Salvador Roquette, Pablo Sanchez, Julieta Casimiro of The International Council of Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers, Ralph Metzner & Francoise Bourzat. She attended Kawak Energy Medicine with a focus on Womb Wisdom, Archetypal Lunar Cycles, & Embodied Leadership. Curanderismo, the art of Mexican Folk Healing at The University of New Mexico. She is initiated as a Sacred Medicine Guide with The Hanuman School and currently offers ceremony working with legal Earth Magik. Including but not limited to Cannabis and Ketamine Assisted-Therapy.

Priscilla works under ongoing individual and group bimonthly supervision and mentorship with Elders, licensed clinicians and practitioners coast to coast in the US. This offers a beautiful web work of support for her clients and also offers her an expanded lens and accessibility to the ever transforming field of Psychedelic Therapy research and praxis. Psychedelic preparation and integration, upon request. She does not offer work with any illegal medicines in the US.

Priscilla offers both in person and remote sessions. All Half Day and Full Day Retreats are only offered in person.

*we do not condone any illegal activities. We recognize that integrating transformative experience call for witnessing, love, and support. Folk Medicina takes a harm reduction approach to promote accurate information, education and safety.

ceremonial sessions

We humans, like all of life move cyclically. Much of our innate ways lost to colonization, patriarchy, & capitalism. Reclaiming ancestral life ways by cultivating a ritual practice of tending grief and celebrating our unfolding is our birthright. The path to embodying your fullest expression and practicing the art of ceremony awaits.

prep & integration

Our journey’s offer many thresholds that benefit from individual support. Acknowledging we are a multiverse. Ceremony & somatic + psychospiritual exploration requires preparation from a multidimensional lens. When one crosses the threshold of ceremony, one returns with lessons and gifts of wisdom. We must weave them into the fabric of our lives in a way that alchemizes experience into embodiment.
